  • Design world-class creative that drives meaningful connections between brand partners and Ulta Beauty guests within UB Media.
  • Develop engaging, data-driven advertising content focused on consistent design excellence following established toolkits and brand direction.
  • Stay on top of RMN industry trends, styles, and technology to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.
  • Deliver work that celebrates brands, resonates with guests, and strengthens Ulta Beauty's unique approach.
  • Integrate cultural insights and a multicultural lens to connect authentically with diverse audiences.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers & writers providing guidance, feedback and design support.
  • Ensure a unified and consistent brand identity.
  • Partner closely with Merchandising & Marketing to support integrated messaging & campaigns.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout the design and implementation process.
  • Manage high-profile design projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and oversee the overall creative strategy for advertising campaigns.
  • Stay current on marketing trends and consumer insights.
  • 5+ years designing digital experiences.
  • 3+ retail media network experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, fine arts, or related field.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing design process and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software including the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Figma.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to bring design vision to reality.
  • Ability to drive innovation, both in technology and in process, including AI exploration.
  • Fundamental understanding of and desire to use data to evolve creative direction.
  • Passion for Ulta Beauty, its products, and its guests.
