About The Position

As a Store Manager at EVEREVE, you will oversee all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring that the EVEREVE Styling Experience is delivered consistently to customers. You will lead a team that embodies the company's core values of HEART (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity) and drive operational excellence while achieving financial targets. Your role will involve recruiting talent, coaching employees, and maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor to foster a positive shopping environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor and hold the team to high standards of fashion and trend awareness.
  • Coach, teach, and develop employees to create success in their roles.
  • Build a bench of promotable talent for succession planning in the store and across the company.
  • Lead operational excellence through daily store operations, managing inventory, and upholding merchandising standards.
  • Drive results by leading the team to hit monthly financial targets through in-store styling and customer order fulfillment.
  • Maintain sales expectations of $15,000 per month.
  • Set standards for a leadership teamwork strategy using Divisions of Responsibilities (DORs).
