About The Position

The TSIS Sales Manager & Operations role combines sales management, operational oversight, and strategic execution to ensure the Tri-State Investment Sales team operates at peak efficiency. This role is responsible for holding sales professionals accountable, supporting pitches and BOVs, driving pipeline tracking, and aligning team strategy with revenue and expense forecasts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a 4-year college degree in a relevant functional area.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRE, managing several areas of work simultaneously.
  • Experience managing people and teams.
  • Advanced knowledge and efficient use of business suite computer programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and understand information technically and practically.
  • Ability to multi-task, utilize effective time management skills, and be able to recognize and respond to time sensitive issues and tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all listings are tracked in Salesforce and Sharplaunch/website with full accuracy.
  • Coordinate exposure for listings via PR, investor blasts, and social media.
  • Support deal teams in posting listings on Crexi, CoStar, Loopnet, Sharplaunch, and HubSpot.
  • Maintain a clear dashboard of live and pipeline listings for leadership visibility.
  • Track BOVs, listings, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts in Salesforce/Smartsheets.
  • Enforce accountability for Salesforce and Property Scout entries, calls, meetings, comparables, etc.
  • Provide dashboards and reports to leadership on sales team performance.
  • Manage Salesforce cleanup, list maintenance, and data integrity.
  • Oversee QA/QC of marketing deliverables (updates when required) – TSIS capabilities brochure, Foleon, BOV deck.
  • Create system for supplying physical copies of best‑in‑class materials from assignments along with the TSIS capabilities brochure.
  • Assist with QA/QC of analyst work.
  • Interface with DEF counterparts to ensure dual‑tracking is appropriately pursued.
  • Support revenue forecasting, expense tracking, and variance analysis for the TSIS team.
  • Monitor and optimize expense allocation (marketing, travel, technology).
  • Assist in annual planning and budgeting cycles.
  • Provide input on business development strategy, ensuring alignment with pipeline metrics.
  • Analyze and advise on best use for expense spending to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Oversee deal processes from onboarding through closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
  • Track listing expirations, extensions, and tail letters in coordination with operations.
  • Partner with marketing to coordinate go‑to‑market strategies for high-profile listings.
  • Support vendor management and invoice workflows.
  • Train salespeople on process adherence, Salesforce usage, and best practices.
  • Support onboarding of new hires, ensuring adoption of tools (Salesforce, Smartsheets, Property Scout).
  • Reinforce a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the bridge between marketing, research, and operations teams.
  • Act as a utility player, filling gaps across sales management, operations, and pitch strategy.
