This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. FCB is seeking a strong, dynamic candidate with advanced technical and financial modeling skills who can drive change as an integral member of the Treasury Balance Sheet Management Liquidity Reporting team. This position reports to the Senior Director of Liquidity Reporting and will manage the short-term cash and liquid assets forecasting process. The individual is responsible for understanding and developing expertise on the cash flow activity related to the Bank’s balance sheet across loan, deposit, and capital transactions. The role will manage two analysts, oversee the production process, and review the daily results. The individual will collaborate with teams within Treasury and across other business lines to monitor balance sheet trends, manage liquidity risk, and optimize accuracy of the overall forecast. The position will ensure production processes adhere to established controls and are in compliance with governance and procedural documents. This person will help manage internal audits, assist the Senior Director with regulatory exams, and take a lead role in key projects to improve data quality, streamline reporting, and develop dashboards for optimal liquidity monitoring.
