About The Position

The Treasury Manager at Cambia Health is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of various treasury functions, including accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, cash application, billing, and financial strategic analysis. This role is crucial in creating an economically sustainable healthcare system and involves leading a team while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience and 2 years of management experience.
  • CTP, CFA, CPA, CMA, and/or MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in cash management, lockbox operations, electronic payment operations, and accounts receivable.
  • Experience managing commercial banking relationships and large lockbox operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with treasury systems and financial metrics.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, SAP, NAIC/SVO, and state insurance statutes.
  • Proficiency in software and systems relevant to treasury functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the timely processing of treasury operations and associated tasks.
  • Coordinate staff activities to ensure accurate transaction processing.
  • Provide effective leadership over teams in functional treasury areas.
  • Direct, organize, and develop competent treasury teams aligned with corporate vision and values.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and BCBS Association regulatory reporting requirements.
