About The Position

5+ years of experience managing transportation or delivery operations within a distribution center or warehouse.

Responsibilities

Leads delivery operations, including route planning, dispatching, and daily performance monitoring.
Manages staffing, labor planning, and KPI tracking to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery operations.
Oversees fleet maintenance, vehicle inspections, asset management, and compliance with safety and regulatory vehicle inspection requirements.
Develops and coaches delivery teams through training, ride-alongs, and performance management.
Monitors driver safety programs, incident reviews, and compliance with Department of Transportation regulations.
Resolves operational issues, process exceptions, and customer delivery concerns.
Supports project initiatives, including capacity management, market optimization, and system troubleshooting.
Communicates performance feedback, engagement actions, and recognition programs to drivers and leadership.
