About The Position
The Manager position within Alvarez & Marsal's Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial and accounting due diligence for private equity and corporate clients. This role focuses on providing integrated due diligence services that assess a target's quality of earnings, cash flows, and key business drivers across various industries. The Manager will mentor junior staff, manage multiple projects, and engage directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions that drive value throughout the investment lifecycle.
