Position Overview: You will lead a team of instructional designers to design and develop core curriculum programs for Wendy’s field operations at all levels, including the development of LTO training initiatives, business initiatives, role-based training and career development content. You and your team will leverage best practices, modern training design approaches, and internal and external data to create content that is targeted, engaging, and impactful.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in relevant field
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Instructional Design Experience
  • Project Management Experience
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Program Design & Development Lead Design/Develop ment of Core curriculum programs for Crew-Multi-Unit Partner with HR to align career pathing & role-based training journey 2. Partner with Enterprise L&D Manager to ensure continuity above restaurant 2. Lead Design/Develop ment of Continuing curriculum for training materials for Crew-Multi-Unit Partner with Program Specialists to create LTO Training Initiatives materials Partner with Operations to create training materials for new and ongoing integrate business initiative 3. Leverage evaluation data to determine maintenance needs of existing programs and increase program effectiveness 4. Work with Manager of Training Implementation and Evaluation to plan program launches, including communication plans to address field education, awareness, and buy-in at all stakeholder levels 5. Partner with Manager of Learning Systems to deliver solutions on LMS.
  • People Management Lead Instructional Design team to design and develop all Crew-Multi-Unit training programs Manage project timelines 2. Oversee design/development of deliverables created by ID team Continue to evaluate ID processes and software to ensure efficiency and relevancy Responsible for ongoing people management activities, including performance management, training & development of team members and team engagement.
