About The Position

The Manager In Training program provides hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training in various departments including Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Support the achievement of location sales goals.
• Ensure customer service excellence.
• Learn about finance and fleet management.
• Develop people management skills.
