About The Position

The Manager Trainee Position at Menards is a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management. As a Manager Trainee, you will work closely with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and prepare for a management role in the near future. The program emphasizes a promote-from-within culture, allowing trainees to advance to various positions across over 330 Store Locations, Corporate Office, Manufacturing Facilities, and Distribution Centers upon completion.
