About The Position

The Manager In Training program provides hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • A valid driver’s license is required
  • Strong computer skills
  • Multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication

Responsibilities

  • Support the achievement of location sales goals
  • Ensure customer service excellence
  • Participate in hands-on training in various departments including Sales, Operations, and Customer Service
  • Assist in finance and fleet management tasks
  • Engage in people management training
