About The Position
The Manager Trainee Position at Menards is a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare individuals for a management role within the company. The program involves working alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build an understanding of the business. Menards emphasizes a promote-from-within culture, and upon completion of the program, trainees are eligible for promotion to management roles across 330+ Store Locations, Corporate Office, Manufacturing Facilities, and Distribution Centers. The company is currently hiring with immediate openings.
