The selected candidate will work closely with the Freezer Warehouse Management Team to lead and coordinate the activities of Production in a cost effective manner. The candidate will also encourage and promote teamwork, quality standards, good safety practices and proper GMP procedures. Salary range $65,000 to $75,000. After completing the trainee program, the ideal candidate may be requested to relocate to one of Seneca’s other facilities located throughout the US as related job positions become available throughout the Company.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree and/or supervisory experience in a warehouse or food production setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness and ability to function in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Directly work across all areas of the facility throughout the year.
  • Work with management to lead and coordinate the activities of the frozen packaging, warehousing, and shipping departments
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Ensure that GMP’s (General Manufacturing Practices), safety rules and regulations are being followed and enforced
  • Other duties as assigned.
