About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager Trainee to join our Spinning Department. This role is designed to develop future leaders in textile manufacturing by providing hands-on training in spinning operations, machinery, quality control, and production management. The trainee will gain in-depth knowledge of yarn production processes and contribute to operational excellence.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in yarn production and textile processes.
• Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work in a factory environment and adapt to rotating shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of spinning machinery and textile production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program focused on spinning operations, including blow room, carding, drawing, roving, and ring spinning.
• Assist in monitoring and optimizing production parameters to ensure consistent yarn quality and efficiency.
• Learn to operate and troubleshoot spinning machinery and equipment.
• Support supervisors in managing shift operations, labor allocation, and workflow.
• Analyze production data and assist in identifying areas for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and defects.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to production performance and training progress.
