About The Position
The Manager Trainee Position at Menards is a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management. As trainees progress, they will work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to develop an understanding of the business and prepare for a management role. Menards emphasizes a promote-from-within culture, and upon completion of the program, trainees are eligible to promote to management roles across the company's 330+ Store Locations, Corporate Office, Manufacturing Facilities, and Distribution Centers.
