About The Position

The Manager Trainee Position at Menards is a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management. As trainees progress, their General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will collaborate with them to enhance their understanding of the business and prepare them for a management role. Menards emphasizes a promote-from-within culture, with leaders often having completed this program. Upon successful completion, trainees are eligible for promotion to various roles across Menards' 330+ Store Locations, Corporate Office, Manufacturing Facilities, and Distribution Centers.
