EMR USA is seeking a driven and ambitious Manager Trainee to join our Houston team. This is a hands-on leadership development role designed to build future operations leaders in the metal recycling industry. As a Manager Trainee, you’ll gain real-world experience from the ground up-starting in the yard and progressing into management through mentorship and structured training. You will: Work in varying weather conditions Be exposed to machinery and high noise levels (hearing protection required) Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Occasionally work in confined spaces #LI-Onsite

Requirements

• Experience in operations or industrial environments (recycling/waste management a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of safety standards and industrial best practices
• Familiarity with logistics, maintenance, and inventory systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
