This is a hands-on leadership development role designed to build future operations leaders in the metal recycling industry. You will: Work in varying weather conditions Be exposed to machinery and high noise levels (hearing protection required) Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Occasionally work in confined spaces #LI-Onsite
