About The Position

The Manager In Training program offers hands-on training across various critical business functions including Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This position is designed with a clear career progression, leading to a Branch Manager role within 12-18 months. The role is instrumental in supporting the achievement of location sales goals and ensuring excellence in customer service.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Strong computer skills
• Multitasking skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication

Responsibilities
