Requirements

  • Killer customer service skills (you love making people happy and solving problems).
  • Some leadership experience or training (club officer, team captain, group project lead, part-time supervisor—whatever shows you can guide others).
  • A strong work ethic and hunger to learn fast—this role rewards go-getters.
  • Ready to work on your feet, be super client-facing, and rock a 5-day schedule with full weekend/open availability (we're 24/7 travel vibes!).
  • At least 18+
  • A clean driving record in the last 3 years (with some exceptions)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to run the full show at rental locations—handling customers, operations, and everything in between.
  • Take charge of key departments: Keep things running smoothly and make sure every area performs at its best.
  • Manage fleet flow and inventory (both on the lot and in the system) to match customer demand and reservations—think strategic puzzle-solving with real impact.
  • Work the counter system like a pro: Open/close rentals, modify contracts, update manifests, and keep everything accurate.
  • Sell smart add-ons (extra insurance, GPS, vehicle upgrades) to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle opening/closing routines and security like a boss.
  • Tackle office tasks: Phones, supplies, copies, quick customer questions—multitasking at its finest.
  • Prep reports and track daily activities to stay on top of performance.
  • Solve customer issues on the spot (explaining charges, handling damage claims, giving directions) with confidence.
  • Jump in to support the team across locations when needed—build that collaborative vibe.
  • Coach, train, supervise, and motivate team members—get real leadership reps early.
