A family owned, 126-year-old, growing retail furniture operation has an immediate opening for a motivated Management Trainee in Danville, VA. Gain valuable hands-on experience in all areas of operations as you advance along an exciting career path. We are looking for hard-working career-minded people who are serious about making an excellent income. This is an aggressive Management Training Program with significant income potential. Training location will be in Danville, VA

Requirements

Must be willing to travel up to an hour, or further, as needed.

Responsibilities

Handling customer complaints and service matters with consultation and approval from the store manager
Operational leadership of the store in the absence of the store manager
Maintain proper floor display in all areas of the store
Maintain proper price tagging of all merchandise
Monitor the business builder program
Assist in making sales
Maintain good communications with customers
Place orders for all repair/replacement parts from vendors
Assist store manager whenever needed
