About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Manager Trainee to join our trucking dealership team. This position is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on training across dealership operations, including service, parts, sales support, and customer relations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, dependable, and interested in building a long-term management career within the trucking industry.

  • Provide timely feedback to all members within the organization as well as external vendors and customers
  • Provide hands on support to team members
  • Proven ability to lead a team of people with different personalities and skillsets
  • Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Excel
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Related Field

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured training program across dealership departments
  • Assist department managers with daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Learn dealership processes, policies, and performance standards
  • Support customer service efforts and resolve issues professionally
  • Assist with inventory control, scheduling, and reporting
  • Learn basic financial, sales, and operational metrics
  • Develop leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
