About The Position
The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a short-term transitional role designed to provide work assignments and training opportunities to prepare individuals for promotion into Retail/Commercial Store Management positions. The program allows for potential progression to a management role within approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on prior experience and performance.
