This full-time, immersive program combines hands-on training in operations, customer service, logistics, and team leadership with a cohort of peers from across the country. You’ll rotate through key operational functions, receive personalized mentorship from experienced leaders, and build the skills to drive team performance and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. With operations across the country, successful candidates must be open to relocation in order to grow their careers and advance to more senior level management roles. Additionally, you may be moved during or upon successful completion of OSP as you transition into an Operations Manager role at one of our airport locations.
