As a Manager Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the best financial solutions. You will also gain hands-on experience in various aspects of management, including recruitment, staff development, and performance management. The role requires a willingness to work extended hours, including overtime and occasional Saturdays, based on operational needs. You will be expected to work an average of 45 hours per week, starting your day at 8:15 am, Monday through Friday. Your earnings during training will be $38,285 per year, with the potential to earn between $60,000 and $80,000 annually after completing the program, including bonuses.
