About The Position

We are looking for an ambitious Entry-Level Manager Trainee to join our event marketing and fundraising team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to develop leadership, sales, and event management skills while learning the ins and outs of fundraising campaigns. As a trainee, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to grow into a managerial role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership potential
• High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Interest in event marketing, fundraising, and nonprofit work

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or events

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and fundraising events
• Learn to lead and motivate teams during campaigns and events
• Support client and donor engagement initiatives
• Track event performance metrics and report insights to senior management
• Participate in training programs to develop leadership, marketing, and sales skills
• Help manage administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory, and documentation
• Ensure events align with company standards and client expectations
