About The Position

The Manager, Total Rewards at Whirlpool Corporation is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive total rewards programs that align with the company's business objectives. This role focuses on attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent through effective compensation and benefits strategies, including base pay, variable pay, equity compensation, retirement plans, and wellness programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or human resources.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools
  • 5+ years of experience in total rewards, including compensation, benefits, and global mobility
  • Experience with manufacturing workforce
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills
  • Creative thinking and continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficient in Google apps (Google docs, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Partner with HR and the Business to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues.
  • Design, implement, and manage a variety of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the annual pay planning process, including market pricing, merit planning, and short-term incentive planning.
  • Research best practices and trends and perform analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing total rewards programs.
  • Prepare regular reports on compensation and benefits costs, utilization, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
