The Manager Total Rewards – Projects, Analytics & Process Optimization is a highly skilled and strategic leader that is responsible for leading projects, driving analytics, and optimizing processes within the Total Rewards function. This role will be responsible for managing the support for compensation, benefits, incentive programs, and payroll while leveraging data analytics to guide decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
