The Manager of Total Rewards and HRIS supports our global business and plays a multifaceted role including ownership of the compensation, benefits and incentives programs and processes for the business (including supporting strategic compensation activities) and the organization's HR systems/technology platforms (HRIS) in addition to day-to-day responsibilities. This hands-on role requires a blend of critical thinking and practical execution to ensure that these programs and systems are competitive, cost-effective, compliant with regulations and are aligned with the Company's strategic goals to effectively attract, retain, and engage top talent. The Manager will work closely with the HR team as well as senior leadership and cross-functional teams including finance/accounting to optimize total rewards and HR systems/technology, aligning to support employee attraction, retention and the overall employee value proposition through a comprehensive total rewards framework.
