The TKO Global Partnerships Hospitality Manager leads the strategic planning and flawless on-site execution of world-class hospitality programs for TKO partners and prospects across WWE, UFC, PBR, and Zuffa Boxing. This role serves as a primary steward of the partner experience, ensuring every interaction is elevated through exceptional service, thoughtful servicing, and personalized hospitality. Responsibilities include managing venue and arena logistics, overseeing budgets, coordinating premium partner hosting and special event experiences, and delivering seamless end-to-end event hospitality execution that exceeds partner expectations. The Manager acts as both a relationship-driven service leader and a hands-on operator, setting the gold standard for hospitality execution at scale while reinforcing TKO Global Partnerships’ commitment to excellence, innovation, and best-in-class partner care

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • 4-6+ years of experience in hospitality, live events, experiential marketing, or sports & entertainment
  • Proven experience leading large-scale live event hospitality or premium guest programs
  • Strong budget management and financial accountability experience
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability in high-pressure, live-event environments
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable traveling and working non-traditional hours tied to live events

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end hospitality execution across assigned properties, delivering flawless, premium partner experiences at all events
  • Own hospitality budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, optimization, and full financial accountability
  • Help manage venue, arena, and event-operator relationships to oversee access, credentialing, and hosting logistics
  • Provide strong on-site leadership, delegating responsibilities and ensuring all hospitality touchpoints are fully supported
  • Manage closely with Coordinators on ticketing, event preparation, credentialing, and premium gifting programs
  • Elevate hospitality standards while ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all events and properties
  • Drive scalable growth by improving processes, systems, and workflows while maintaining white-glove service as event volume increases
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Partnership Marketing, Production, Operations, and other key internal teams to support partner programs and live event hospitality execution
  • Ensure every partner interaction reflects best-in-class service, proactive servicing, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Build and maintain strong vendor, venue, and hospitality partner relationships to support world-class execution
  • Develop customized hospitality experiences that reflect partner objectives and brand priorities
  • Anticipate partner needs and proactively enhance servicing before, during, and after events
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for premium partners during events, ensuring real-time support and issue resolution
  • Ability to work flexible hours, with the understanding that partner hosting and hospitality responsibilities may extend late into the night around larger TKO events.
