About The Position
The Manager Telecom is responsible for a defined area/region of operation set forth by the direct manager and will be in charge for daily production including superintendents, supervisors, foreman and crews reporting to the supervisors. The primary function and duty of a Manager Telecom is to provide the leadership, training, and discipline to communicate and accomplish the company goals and objectives within Pauley Construction as related to this position. This includes the five focus areas of the company which are: Safety and Training - to demonstrate best in class excellence, Financial Results, Forecasting, A/R & WIP- to drive operational excellence, Business Development - to deliver exceptional value to our customers, Employee Development - to identify exceptional employees and leaders, Fleet Asset Systems Management & Facilities - overall utilization of idle, reduced rental, and cap ex.
