About The Position

Serve as project manager for system implementations, upgrades and support. Define business problems and their system solutions, including analyzing alternatives and ROI. Plan schedules, manage budgets, interface with users, develop implementation plan documents, configure systems, train users and provide post-implementation support. Provide customer support management for internal and external clients according to the company’s customer management process. Determine new business opportunities with existing clients and develop proposals for additional services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related degree.
  • 5 years of post bachelor’s progressive experience as a software engineer, business applications implementation analyst, IT business analyst, or business applications support manager.
  • Advanced SQL query knowledge.
  • WMS configuration and root cause analysis for functional and technical problems.
  • Integration mapping using XML, EDI, JSON and Flat File.
  • Troubleshooting of integration issues between Warehouse Management, Order Management, Connection Management, and host ERP systems.
  • Creation of complex testing scenarios and test cases for validation of integration.
  • Incident Management knowledge, including ticketing tools like Service Now, Jira Service Desk, and Zendesk.
  • Creation of detailed functional design documents for customizations and modifications.
