The Manager, Technical Support leads and directs all technical support and project execution activities across Support Shop areas—including but not limited to Structures, Avionics, Interior, Composites, Paint, Accessory, Airframe, and Engineering—within an FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment supporting Embraer aircraft. This role is accountable for safe, compliant, on-time, and cost‑effective delivery of operational schedules, customer commitments, and regulatory requirements. The position plays a critical role in project management, cross‑functional coordination, and resource planning, ensuring maintenance inputs are delivered with high quality and airworthiness while advancing safety, SMS, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Manager fosters a culture of employee safety, technician development, lean execution, and innovation to support business growth and operational excellence.
