Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 5 or more years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, solutions architecture, customer support, technical program management, product management, or delivery management with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud infrastructure landscape, ideally with an understanding of the fundamentals of Kubernetes, GPU compute, AI/ML, and high-performance computing.
  • Successfully organized and coordinated the efforts of multiple teams to deliver long-running, complex projects with visibility to senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong capacity to clearly present complex technical information.
  • Excited about making a mark on the lives and products of a fast-paced, dynamic organization experiencing hypergrowth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead TSM function within CoreWeave: Build, hire, and lead a team of Technical Solutions Managers (TSMs), focusing on hiring top talent and fostering their growth to ensure they excel as the primary technical advocates for CoreWeave’s most strategic customers.
  • Collaborate across functions: Work closely with leaders in Solutions Architecture, Support, Sales, and Product Engineering to elevate and enhance the CoreWeave customer experience.
  • Customer Engagement: Directly engage and collaborate with key customers to understand their AI workloads, pain points, and future requirements to continuously improve our service offerings.
  • Process optimization: The TSM function plays a critical role in ensuring CoreWeave's success by: 1) Owning the technical relationship with strategic customers, 2) Defining and translating customer requirements into actionable solutions, 3) Driving end-to-end program execution, 4) Collaborating with capacity management, data center operations, and fleet operations across key strategic customers. 5) Influencing product strategy and working with engineering to design and implement technical solutions that align with customer needs, 6) Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, 7) Measuring and driving customer success to exceed expectations.
