Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for managing complex technical projects.
• Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Define and monitor engineering efficiency metrics, providing data-driven insights and reporting to leadership on program status and personnel headcount planning.
• Develop project work plans and goals.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify project challenges and risks, including scoping, engineer capacity planning, and milestone planning.
• Build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Oversee Project Management Office junior team members.
