About The Position

As a Technical Project Manager at Syniti, you will drive high-impact projects related to the Syniti Knowledge Platform—the core solution enabling our customers to manage, migrate, and govern enterprise data. Collaborating across product management, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams, you will establish and execute projects that ensure roadmap items are delivered consistently and meet timeline commitments and value generation objectives. We seek a skilled program manager with strong business operations expertise and a track record of building and refining processes that scale. This role demands the leadership to guide complex projects to completion, along with deep familiarity with developer tools and engineering practices. The ideal candidate will excel at fostering alignment, accountability, and collaboration across diverse cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated experience in project management or business operations within a Product & Engineering organization
• Strong expertise in building, implementing, and measuring processes, frameworks, and operational metrics
• Familiarity with tools that support developer productivity (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Confluence, CI/CD systems)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to all levels of the organization
• Tenacity, persistence, and detail orientation — able to push complex projects through to successful completion

Nice To Haves

• Experience with release management, governance, and compliance in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Experience managing vendor performance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to drive delivery of Syniti Knowledge Platform enhancements aligned with business objectives
• Define charters that clarify business value, scope, timelines, success measures, and team accountabilities
• Translate roadmap items into actionable plans with clear goals, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Maintain project progress through effective tracking, collaboration, issue resolution, and risk management
• Ensure teams meet commitments and outcomes by navigating roadblocks, addressing risks, and resolving collaboration challenges
• Facilitate alignment across engineering, product, operations, compliance, and customer-facing teams
• Help define, implement, and improve project management standards, tools, frameworks, and metrics
• Oversee proper use of Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, and related systems to ensure accurate and reliable project management information
