About The Position

This role will be based in Mountain View, CA. At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. We are seeking a Manager, Technical Program Management to join our Product Services Marketplace (PSM) TPM organization. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Technical Program Managers while partnering closely with senior R&D leaders to define, prioritize, and drive complex portfolios. You will establish and evolve program management governance, execution frameworks, and operating rhythms that enable successful delivery across large, cross-functional teams. Our Products and Services Marketplace (PSM) vision is to become the definitive B2B commerce platform for all organizations worldwide, empowering marketers, sellers, buyers, users and customers to drive better outcomes for themselves and their businesses. The PSM strategy recognizes that we will continue to deliver value to our LMS (LinkedIn Marketing Solutions) and LSS (LinkedIn Sales Solution) businesses, and that the lion’s share of our investment will be going to directly drive growth in these two areas. At this level, the ideal candidate can clearly articulate complex tradeoffs, dependencies, and interactions that influence program outcomes and coach the team to do the same. You bring a strong balance of people leadership, organizational rigor, and technical depth, and you are effective in driving alignment and execution in highly matrixed environments where authority is not assumed. Success in this role requires demonstrated experience leading teams and large programs, influencing across organizational boundaries, and consistently delivering high-impact results.
