Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 plus years of experience in a supply chain-related environment, showcasing a strong grasp of supply chain processes and standard methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of AWS architecture and processes.
  • Understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture and processes is desired but not required.
  • Technical knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Git, Debugging, SQL & APIs.
  • Agile Certification is a plus.
  • Exhibits a high affinity for process mapping and data flow.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, complete, and coordinate projects independently.
  • Demonstrates agility in quickly adjusting to changing priorities and balancing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal communication and advocacy skills.
  • Demonstrates strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations and deployment aspects of the Sales and Operations Planning (SnOp) process.
  • Actively engage with collaborators to gather requirements and improvement requests for the SnOp process.
  • Maintain and manage the backlog for SnOp, ensuring that all tasks and requests are prioritized and tracked.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure that the SnOp program is on track.
  • Engage in the requirement gathering process for My Supply Chain (MySC) by working closely with business partners.
  • Manage updates and status reports for the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure that the MySC program is progressing as planned.
  • Oversee the execution of Scrum methodologies, including managing the backlog, facilitating Scrum meetings, and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the sprint goals.
  • Lead Program Increment (PI) planning sessions for MySC, SnOp and/or other product enhancements.
  • Engage and collaborate with other functions such as cybersecurity, data analytics, and other relevant departments.
  • Participate in, lead, and develop future roadmaps and enhancements with global supply chain partners.
