SourceAmerica is seeking a Manager, Technical Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to join our Information Technology team! In this leadership role, you will guide a team of developers and technical specialists in delivering high‑quality solutions built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform. You’ll combine strong people‑management skills with hands‑on technical expertise to ensure your team follows development best practices, delivers reliable and scalable solutions, and continuously improves. You will mentor team members, provide technical direction, and help drive innovation that aligns with organizational goals.
