About The Position

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving AI adoption within Atlassian. You will assist in initiatives that integrate AI technologies across departments, ensuring our solutions are innovative and aligned with customer needs. Your responsibilities include supporting a team of Technical Adoption Architects, helping them deliver exceptional value to enterprise customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI implementation opportunities, address security concerns, and facilitate successful AI adoption at scale. You will also contribute to developing strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. By leveraging your technical expertise, you will provide insights that connect technology with business objectives. Your contributions will empower your team to showcase their successes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Ultimately, your goal is to help customers maximize their investment in Atlassian solutions, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • Foundational knowledge in AI technologies and their application within a business context.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a track record of driving successful adoption of technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products and a passion for helping teams work better together.
  • 8+ years in professional services, consulting, or SaaS implementation.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role managing large-scale, billable services portfolios and teams.
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks (PMP, Agile, ITIL).
  • Experience with custom Statement of Work (SOW) scoping and delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing P&L and driving financial KPIs.
  • Strong background in building and maintaining executive-level customer relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
