About The Position

DB E.C.O. North America (with “E.C.O.” representing “Engineering, Consulting and Operations") offers specialized rail and transit consultancy services to public agencies, passenger and freight railroads. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or Finance (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of related experience within the rail sector, including experience with budget planning, Economic Analysis, project implementation, and controlling.
  • Proficiency with SAP FI/CO required.
  • Brief domestic travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing client feedback and leading team meetings.
  • Mentor and guide Senior Consultants, Consultants and Analysts to foster technical development.
  • Deliver consulting projects and ensure quality, budget, and timely delivery.
  • Execute specialty project tasks based on areas of expertise.
  • Review and approve methodology and approach of projects.
  • Interface with clients, project stakeholders, and partner firms.
  • Report project status, including budget and project schedule, to Principal.
  • Monitor clients’ RFPs and actively identify opportunities throughout the project.
  • Prepare proposals and pursuits, including the development of project methodologies, budgets, and schedules and presenting strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct financial modeling of operations and maintenance and economic analysis.
