Improving our guests travel experience using technology, ingenuity and kindness." The Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager at Breeze is a core member of the accounting team. The ideal candidate must be comfortable navigating through new and complex accounting matters. The candidate will own the following processes 1) Preparation of the Company's financial statements 2) Documentation of technical accounting memos and accounting policies 3) Assist in the management of the financial statement audit, 4) Develop management's internal control framework, and 5) Ensure compliance with SEC disclosure requirements (When applicable).
