About The Position

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. You will foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes customer-centric values and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include developing tactics, objectives, and key results to protect and grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), which encompasses onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing support. You will drive revenue forecasting and risk documentation for visibility to senior leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer success strategies with broader company objectives. Utilizing your domain expertise, you will serve as an advisor and resource for Technical Account Managers and customers, assisting them through software implementation, providing recommendations for optimization, and driving adoption of Nerdio Manager. Additionally, you will cultivate strong relationships with key customers, acting as a point of escalation to coordinate issue management and problem resolution, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify and leverage customer success stories and testimonials. You will also enable new hires, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical management role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud computing, and VDI.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent technical and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding and experience in driving product adoption.
  • Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
