Requirements

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or Information System. Besides that, one needs to have considerable work experience in similar fields.
  • 8-10 years of experience with delivery management on Enterprise Chat solutions, preferably Slack Enterprise Grid.
  • Experience with leading planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects on SaaS applications, and ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
  • Experience with developing and managing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Ability to fosters strong relationships with internal stakeholders, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Facilitates regular meetings and status updates to keep all parties informed of project progress and any potential issues

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with governance on Enterprise chat Platforms, preferably Slack

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Chat projects, ensuring timely execution, adherence to scope, and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, and analysts, to drive effective communication and successful outcomes
  • Overseeing solution design discussions and providing technical guidance on integrations, data governance, and platform optimization
  • Monitoring delivery progress, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth execution and quality deliverables
  • Continuously improving delivery frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of Enterprise Chat solutions.
