Requirements

  • Active CPA license
  • 6–9 years of progressive experience in taxation, with strong exposure to individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships independently and with confidence
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—this role requires direct client interaction and relationship management
  • Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment
  • Commitment to working in -office full -time
  • Professional demeanor with a client -first approach

Responsibilities

  • Lead tax planning, preparation, and compliance for a diverse portfolio of individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships with professionalism, responsiveness, and strategic insight
  • Conduct complex tax research and provide well -supported advisory guidance
  • Review and mentor junior staff on tax returns and technical matters
  • Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements (preferred but not required)
  • Gradually assume greater leadership responsibilities as senior partners scale back involvement
  • Contribute to the firm's long -term strategic planning and growth initiatives
