In this role, you help shape the performance standards and operational excellence of the organization—carrying the responsibility of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.. You will also drive process automation, leverage data analytics and advanced Excel capabilities, and incorporate AI enabled insights and tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall accuracy, efficiency, and decision making across the team. The nature of what you do every day will not change -- your #1 goal is to support your team so they can provide the best service and solution around the client's payroll tax needs. Still, every day will be different because you will need to partner with other groups of ADP and the client in order to do this.
