Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC (SRMC) is seeking a Manager, Tank Farm Shift Operations to be based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site. The Manager, Tank Farm Shift Operations is the senior leader responsible for managing safe and efficient facility operations on an assigned shift. Directs all aspects of Tank Farm operations while on duty by providing work direction and making decisions affecting the accomplishment of work objectives and activities while promoting and ensuring the safety of employees. Position has matrix responsibility for Maintenance, E&I, Work Control, Laboratory, Construction, Quality Assurance, Industrial Hygiene, Technical and Health Protection (HP) personnel. Acts as back-up to shift plant management during backshifts, weekends, and holidays during absences. Independently makes decisions regarding emergency actions and routine occurrences. The posiition will be designated as "Manager, Tank Farm Shift Operations in Training" until all required facility specific qualifications are met.
