About The Position

Strategic management professional overseeing and coordinating the various projects, programs, and other strategic initiatives responsibilities. Coordinating multiple projects and reconciling the interdependencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, business or related fields; Masters in HR a bonus
  • Min of 3 years of experience in organizing, managing, and executing complex projects in various HR fields (organizational design, workforce planning, talent metrics)
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant Human Resources experience in partnering with managers on full employment lifecycle touchpoints
  • Strong business acumen
  • Drives recommendations and prioritization
  • Experience in a complex, matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates communication among programs cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Coordinates and helps facilitate the role out of new initiatives.
  • Coordinates and tracks all community program partnerships and other talent strategy initiatives.
  • Assists with coordinating new workforce initiatives and define the program governance.
  • Assists with planning for new programs and monitor the progress.
  • Manages the program's budget.
  • Manages risks and issues and takes corrective measurements.
  • Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies.
  • Manages and utilizes resources across projects.
  • Manages stakeholders' communication.
  • Aligns deliverables to the program's outcome.
  • Maintains and Models Nuvance Health Values.
  • Demonstrates regular, reliable and predictable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as required.
