About The Position
The Manager of Talent Management & Culture (MTMC) at Radley Run Country Club (RRCC) is responsible for developing and implementing talent management and culture strategies to attract, retain, and develop a skilled workforce. This new role will report directly to the General Manager and be part of the Leadership team, focusing on staffing, recruitment, onboarding, training, and fostering a positive employee culture. The MTMC will collaborate with various departments to align talent strategies with organizational goals and enhance the member experience.
