Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Manager- Talent Development. The role involves supporting the development and implementation of the organization's talent development strategy focused on leadership development, skill development, retention, engagement, and succession planning. The Manager will review, track, and analyze data to deliver recommendations in alignment with the talent strategy, partner with Holman University to build custom programming, and support all talent-related exercises. Additionally, the Manager will track data related to performance management and develop resources to drive improvement, create communication plans for talent management initiatives, and partner with Human Resources Business Partners and Business leaders to build development planning for teams.
