The Manager, Talent Development Strategy & Executive Programs supports the design, coordination, and evolution of learning strategies that enable leadership growth, business capability, and organizational readiness. This role works closely with HR, business stakeholders, and learning teams to translate enterprise priorities into a clear, actionable development roadmap. This manager will play a key role in supporting executive development initiatives for the most senior leaders, as well as designing and managing enterprise-wide high potential programs that build a strong leadership pipeline.
